Saucony Women's Hattori Running Shoe

Slim and ready to hit the road, the minimal feel of the Saucony Hattori runner helps train your foot to your racing regimen. The impact pads on the heels, balls and toe protect your foot from rough terrain while still remaining lightweight. Saucony recommends using this shoe as a training tool one or two days a week to enhance your pre-race regimen.

After running hundreds of miles in the shoes "of stability, I changed my IT band and decided maybe it was time to try something else I bought a pair of shoes and minimalist Hattori Hattori tried .. really small. I wear shoes in the street in 7.5, and 8 in normal shoes. On the advice of other runners, I ordered the 8.5 Hattori, and I must say that 8.5 is too small.
I can thin with socks contribute or not, but I do not think it's enough .. space to lie down in the long run, however, j like how the shoe fits and feels very light pad is perfect for me - .. not enough against a sharp object and attacked the heels of others that I bought the occasional minimalist footwear to protect (vivobarefoot) have an influence, does not work for me because I run mainly on the surface of the road I bought a pair of 9.5,. and it is the right size for the I (the 5-fold higher than my normal running shoes is 0.5 larger than my street shoes)
I can wear them with thick Thorlo socks with no problem .. Sometimes I have a few bubbles when I press with one leg, but not as bad as I did with "normal" shoes (I have recorded my feet with moleskin before the 5-mile race or longer) i. run on any surface with these shoes (track, trail, beach, road, and treadmill), and they feel great you can feel the rocks and roots while .. the path, but they do not have to feel your feet hurt (and can help these things to you, your balance) running on the beach fun -. you feel the softness of the sand, but there is no fear of cutting their feet on the shells or other hidden objects and knee problems again, one day I forget the shoes and ran 5 miles in my old shoes, and it is torture - I have a lot of pain and bubbles .. Later in the day my feet and ankles, I have never run wearing "normal" shoes again, you should take the time to walk in these shoes because otherwise you will get into. foot and ankle or foot, or need time to adapt. I spent several weeks on the streets (BTW, they make great shoes for rock crawling, because they are so flexible), then explode 1-2 miles I need a week. or two .. pain in the calf muscles and lower ankle, which then after a while I ran a lot yesterday, the day-40 ..
the line that I have more in them - about 160 miles total, and they are still foam insoles felt very clearly showed wear, but they defended well and comfortable, the summit is also in excellent condition with no cracks or worn areas, which is a pleasant surprise., because of the way and fine fabrics. elastic (they look like shoes water) Although I often meet with a pair of 8.5 without socks, I prefer to run with socks, sweat for disposal and provide more protection against the friction of unpleasant light and comfortable shoes - spread soft .. and legs can be spread, and that's good for me because I need a shoe with the toe of the shoe, and when there is almost no arch support, I do not miss it, although I have high arches and are used to working with Superfeet insoles green running shoes My feet are running high in the - .. I know that when I was in a yoga class in my leg muscles are much stronger and more "alive", which is probably why I need more arch support is a drawback that if you are to run the Nike +, there is no room for individual sensors Several times I had to walk on the treadmill , and try to fix the sensor with a bag on the Velcro on the top of the shoes of Nathan .. But the second time I tried, just listed all the attacks of 20 meters or so I'm wondering if bare feet are not enough to create a percussive force to the sensor. but I am now using the Nike + GPS running on my iPhone, I do not need shoes anymore sensor Overall, I am very pleased with this shoe, and has ordered two more pairs than when they are no longer available in the future ..
Fortunately, they are about half the cost of my regular running shoes.'s version hopefully the weather will make me go when the snow falls.
